SEMPLIFICARE LE INFORMATIVE PRIVACY ATTRAVERSO IL METODO \u00a0\u201cCREATIVE COMMONS\u201d <\/strong><\/p>\n
Protocollo tra Garante Privacy e Creative Commons<\/strong><\/p>\n
Semplificare l\u2019elaborazione delle informative privacy usando il metodo Creative Commons,<\/em> il sistema attraverso il quale il contenuto e il significato delle licenze per la fruizione di contenuti protetti dal diritto d\u2019autore sono tradotti in simboli standard, universali, generabili automaticamente attraverso un\u2019apposita piattaforma.<\/p>\n
Proseguendo nella sua azione di semplificazione degli adempimenti previsti dal Regolamento Ue, l\u2019Autorit\u00e0 Garante italiana per la protezione dei dati personali ha siglato un protocollo d\u2019intesa<\/a> che avvia la collaborazione con il Capitolo italiano di \u201cCreative Commons\u201d (CC), un\u2019organizzazione internazionale senza scopo di lucro.<\/p>\n
L\u2019obiettivo \u00e8 quello di valutare la realizzabilit\u00e0 di un sistema sul modello di quanto finora realizzato da CC per il diritto d\u2019autore, che consenta ai titolari del trattamento di generare in maniera automatica un\u2019informativa semplice e chiara e, per questa via, permettere alle persone di acquisire maggiore consapevolezza sul contenuto delle informative riguardanti il trattamento dei loro dati personali.<\/p>\n
Sebbene lo studio parta dall’analisi del contesto italiano, l’obiettivo finale \u00e8 quello di creare un sistema da mettere a disposizione in tutti gli Stati membri europei per costruire un ambiente digitale in cui le questioni legate alla protezione dei dati siano gestite in modo coordinato nel mercato unico digitale.<\/p>\n
L’Italia si candida in questo modo ad essere il primo Paese a sperimentare l\u2019implementabilit\u00e0 del metodo Creative Commons<\/em> al campo della privacy, con l\u2019obiettivo di fare da apripista e condividere i propri risultati.<\/p>\n

SIMPLIFYING PRIVACY NOTICES THROUGH THE CREATIVE COMMONS LICENCES\u2019 SYSTEM<\/strong><\/p>\n
Protocol between the Privacy Authority and Creative Commons<\/strong><\/p>\n
Simplify elaboration of privacy notices using the Creative Commons licences\u2019 system, through which the content and meaning of licences for the use of copyright-protected contents are translated into standard, universal symbols that can be generated automatically through a special platform.<\/span><\/p>\n
Continuing its efforts to simplify the requirements of the EU Regulation, the Italian Data Protection Authority has signed a protocol of understanding<\/a> that initiates cooperation with the Italian Chapter of Creative Commons (CC), an international non-profit organisation. <\/span><\/p>\n
The aim is to assess the feasibility of a system along the lines of what has been done so far by CC for copyright that would allowing data controllers to automatically generate simple and clear information and, by doing so, enable individuals to become more aware of the content of the information concerning the processing of their personal data.
\n<\/span><\/p>\n
Although the study starts from the analysis of the Italian context, the ultimate goal is to create a system to be made available in all European Member States to create a digital environment where data protection issues are handled in a coordinated way in the digital single market.<\/span><\/p>\n
In this way, Italy will be the first country to test the feasibility of the Creative Commons licences\u2019 system in the field of privacy, with the aim of pioneering and sharing its results.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
